- Only TIS members or their dully registered and accredited friends can attend.
- The venue of the event is secret and will be disclose only 60 minutes before the event to the short listed guests.
- Guests must show up right on time in order to make sure the public place is rapidly packed enough to make a potential forced move very difficult.
- Each guest needs to bring his/her own cutlery, crockery, chandelier and of course very fine food and drinks.
- Each guest MUST be, and there won’t be any exceptions, fully white dressed. Hats are not mandatory but very welcome.
- Paper or Plastic crockery and cutlery as well as chips and sandwiches are totally prohibited. It is a DINNER, not a PICNIC !
- Elegance, delicacy, politeness, courtesy, keenness and of course, as for all TIS events, humility are the key values of the evening.
- The venue being a public place there is a potential risk that the kind local authority requires us to find another nice place for our little entertainment. TIS has booked a convenient and great back-up plan, but we are reasonably confident that it should not be needed.
- There is no helicopter landing area at the venue, so you will need to use a more unusual vehicle to come. This is part of the fun of the evening.
- Only yachts shorter than 40 meters could potential try to get to a reasonable distance to the venue. I guess none of us own this kind of small convenient dinghies, so you would probably need to come by road or may be walk!
